Senior Software Engineer – Boulder,CO

You will build novel cloud ­based mobile applications and touch the full stack across web, mobile and server technologies. We are looking for a driven and results oriented senior software engineer that wants to help contribute in our next phase of product development and customer growth as we enter the enterprise market internationally. Our team takes ideas from planning and development to deployment quickly and you will get to be involved in all phases of development. We are looking for a passionate senior software engineer that has experience in front­end web and back­end server technologies specifically the Node.js MEAN stack. Mobile development experience is a huge plus but we are just as excited about someone with an insatiable appetite to learn mobile as well.

Core Qualifications (we expect you to have most of them!)

  • BS or MS in computer science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry including last 3 years of experience in web and/or mobile software development
  • Passionate about web and server technologies, mobile platforms, devices, and apps
  • Experience in delivering web content in a highly available released application
  • Experience designing, coding, and testing with two or more of the following: Java, Objective-­C, Python, JavaScript, .NET
  • Experience with MongoDB and Node.js (MEAN stack) development
  • Understanding of web ­oriented architecture, RESTful services, and JSON
  • Strong understanding of engineering best practices, refactoring, reusability, and unit testing

Marketing Manager – Boulder, CO

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help lead our demand generation efforts. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving web-traffic, filling our pipeline with qualified and educated leads as well as developing and executing new plans to drive market visibility, generate demand and achieve revenue goals.

The right candidate for this role will be a self-starter, willing to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done. He/she will have the winning mix of digital marketing experience, proven ability to drive demand and funnel conversions, solid analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of programs, obsessive attention to detail, desire to excel and over-achieve at every step of the way, and technical skills to quickly adopt new technologies and applications. Prior hands-on experience with marketing automation solutions, email marketing, webinars, and social, retargeting, and display advertising strongly desired.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop multi-channel nurture strategy for personalized, continuous conversations with leads across email, web, social, and mobile channels
  • Create a sequence of assets and messages for complex nurture tracks using existing content or work with the content team to create new content
  • Build and optimize lead scoring programs to identify sales-ready prospects
  • Plan, execute, and measure the performance of digital advertising programs through Facebook, Twitter, AdRoll, LinkedIn and others
  • Support sales initiatives by creating CRM workflow rules and lead routing processes
  • Build webinar programs, promote them, and moderate virtual events
  • Optimize website performance using optimization and heat mapping tools as well as web page design best practices
  • Test, measure and optimize messaging, assets, programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience working at technology companies (SaaS preferred) in digital marketing or marketing communications, with a focus on demand generation and marketing automation
  • Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-starter, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tool and process

We are seeking a talented marketer with a passion for writing and storytelling to join our company as a Content Marketing Manager. The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing ongoing stories, articles, and angles for our brand’s digital publications including: whitepapers, SlideShare presentations, eBooks, videos, emails, web copy, and the blog. To be successful, the Content Marketing Manager must understand how information is read and interacted with in a digital space.
