Senior Software Engineer – Boulder,CO

You will build novel cloud ­based mobile applications and touch the full stack across web, mobile and server technologies. We are looking for a driven and results oriented senior software engineer that wants to help contribute in our next phase of product development and customer growth as we enter the enterprise market internationally. Our team takes ideas from planning and development to deployment quickly and you will get to be involved in all phases of development. We are looking for a passionate senior software engineer that has experience in front­end web and back­end server technologies specifically the Node.js MEAN stack. Mobile development experience is a huge plus but we are just as excited about someone with an insatiable appetite to learn mobile as well.

Core Qualifications (we expect you to have most of them!)

  • BS or MS in computer science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry including last 3 years of experience in web and/or mobile software development

We are looking to add an awesome QA Engineer to our development team. You will test novel cloud-based mobile applications and touch the full stack across web, mobile and server technologies. We are looking for a quality obsessed QA engineer that wants to help contribute in our next phase of product development and customer growth as we enter the enterprise market internationally. Our team takes ideas from planning and development to deployment quickly and you will get to be involved in all phases of testing and product acceptance. You will get to be involved testing the “bajeebers” out of the app so our customers have an amazing experience that makes them want to recommend MobileDay to their friends. We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer that has experience in mobile apps that communicate with a RESTful server backend.

Core Qualifications (we expect you to have most of them!)

  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) experience
  • Passionate about mobile platforms, devices, and apps
  • Experience testing across multiple browsers and multiple mobile OS- familiarity with iphone or android, and willingness to work equal time with both

Customer Support Specialist – Software Mobile App

The MobileDay Customer Service Specialist is at the front line of customer retention efforts. This is a PART TIME and FLEX TIME role but requires occasional, brief weekend and evening work (less than an hour) in addition to base hours during the day. This role is likely to grow into a full time role for the right candidate, sometime in the next months. You’ll be working with an amazing, fun team of professionals who are working to improve and expand service on an exiting and very popular business app.

Regular tasks include:

  • Remote Answering help ticket emails, social media comments/complaints and phone calls with user questions regarding new and existing features

As we grow our business internationally, we need a strong Product Manager. That’s where you come in. As Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role identifying market segment trends, exploring new opportunities with customers, defining and delivering new product solutions, and managing the product lifecycle for our global mobile Enterprise SaaS product. Your day-to-day activities will have you working directly with customers, partners, sales, engineering, operations, and marketing.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with Global 2000 customers to identify their specific communication needs and those of the market segment
