Question: I sometimes have problems when joining calls as a host, why might this be?

MobileDay works great for me when I am joining a meeting as a guest, but sometimes when I am joining as a host I am not joined correctly. Can you help me with this?
Yes, unfortunately is sometimes happens, but luckily that is very easy to troubleshoot.
The simplest way to inform MobileDay support that you have a problem with any particular call is to tap the “Feedback” button that is located on the far right-hand side of your Join Call screen (iPhone) or the “How did this call go” button (Android).
When you tap on “Feedback” your call sequence is automatically gets sent via email to our support center, where the team can put it under the microscope and decipher what when wrong.
Alternatively, you can email the call sequence directly from your desktop calendar to firstname.lastname@example.org Also, please send a screen shot of the “confirm” screen for your saved host service that you dial into when you join as host, and our support team will test this and get back to you with the solution.
